Instead, there should be more of a push to solve global issues using cutting-edge technology. Unfortunately, the latter is rarely seen.

Kamara points to the lack of investment in research and development as a major contributing factor and the need to engage with foreign investors, innovators, and institutions to drive capital toward this.
