An influential voice in the world of wild food, Chef Alan Bergo left a career as professional chef to write and study the craft of foraging full time. On screen he’s the host of the James Beard Award winning foraging and cooking show Field Forest Feast on Apple TV, and winner of the wilderness survival cooking competition Chef’s vs Wild on Hulu. He’s also as appeared on the Today Show, The Headspace App and the Sundance Film Festival. He’s the author and photographer of the Forager Chef’s book of Flora: a guide to cooking with edible plants, herbs, nuts, and vegetables, and is a contributing author for dozens of published works on wild mushrooms, plants and nose-to-tail cooking. When he’s not working, he's probably praying for rain and looking for the next mushroom patch. https://foragerchef.com/https://foragerchef.com/the-forager-chefs-book-of-flora/
