Today Colleen talks about how people with visual impairments appear to those around them. She discussed the standard image that most people think of: someone walking with sunglasses and a cane. She describes why these items may or may not be necessary for both the person using them and the people around him/her. Remember that every person is different, so the best thing to do is ask someone if they need help.
