Elika interviews Jackie Novak-Lutz, an Adjunct Instructor at Northampton Community College and Warren County Community College. Jackie is also a newly appointed Adjunct Lecturer for Baruch College within the CUNY education system. Jackie has seven children in her blended family ranging in age from 10-21. She shares with us her views, concerns and how she has found the positive and silver lining during the pandemic. She has enjoyed the unexpected time with her family during the pandemic and the opportunity to explore sustainability with them.
