Black-Eyed Kids, or BEKs, have been terrorizing people at homes, businesses, cars, and even on walks for decades. What are they? What do they want? No one really knows. I share some theories as to what they could be, and most importantly I have some chilling stories of purported eyewitness accounts of run-ins with these spooky delinquents.
