She runs an Organisation called Parenting Teens Solutions Ltd which is dedicated to Educating, Empowering, Encouraging and Equipping parents with the right tools to help themselves and their teens as they navigate through the changes and challenges of the adolescent journey.

It is her mission to help, support, disrupt wrong parenting habits/norms and transform the lives of families through serving both parents of teens and their teens.

Phinnah believes that raising teens does not have to be stressful And that when we know better as parents, we do better.
