There are ex-felons who have reduced the rate of recidivism by obtaining and maintaining steady employment and the story of their lives and how they want to pay their debt to society in their own way after release from custody. From behind the walls of a state penitentiary to obtaining college degrees, those that have become successful business owners right in the inner city and those changing the lives of others are all highlighted. The transparency of each journey is one for all to hear.
