A correction from the previous episode: Calvados is not from Mexico, which was where Jim last had it in the middle of a business lunch, followed by a taxi ride in which Jim thought he was being kidnapped.

In this episode, Jim and Marcos give the apple brandy another go without the threat of being kidnapped.

Pour Calvados neat in a snifter (or a tulip, in our case) or mix with club soda (Marcos' preference). Enjoy the subtle apple flavor as the brandy warms your soul. Crackling fire optional.
