The Ability Center and Libbey House Foundation hosted a ribbon cutting on October 30, 2019 to celebrate the Libbey House full restoration and accessibility project. The Libbey House was the site of Opportunity Kindergarten, a school for children with disabilities operated by the Toledo Society for Crippled Children, now called The Ability Center. In 2020, The Ability Center will mark a century of service for people with disabilities in the greater Toledo area.
