Dave Yarrington is Master Brewer at Chapel + Main and was formerly Master Brewer at Smuttynose Brewing in Hampton, NH. He started brewing in 1994 and has a ton of experience in the craft beer world. He even once started a brewery in Tokyo, Japan with his brother and some friends. This year, he helped open Chapel + Main in Dover where they have a great 5 barrel brewing system and some incredible food!
