In today's episode, Colin discusses Season 1: Episode 4 - Chief Surgeon Who.  

Frank Burns is upset that everyone goes to Hawkeye in the Operating Room and to solve the problem, Colonel Blake announces Hawkeye as chief surgeon.  Burns and Houlihan are furious and make it aware to General Bradley Barker that they believe Hawkeye is not fit to be the chief surgeon.  And as Barker soon finds out, the whole camp may not be fit to serve in the army.
