This episode is a little different than our previous episodes as we interview Matt, one of the founders of non-profit organization Civic Coffee in San Diego, California.

Matt, alongside his fiancé, is working to create a community focused, non-profit (501c3) coffee shop. They plan to employ and train disconnected workers. Through the commonality of coffee and conversation, Civic Coffee works to elevate and help to reintegrate those who are recovering from homelessness and drug & alcohol abuse.
