In Episode 4: Communication Is Key, Frankie and Rachel discuss how men and women communicate differently. Men generally think in a linear fashion and women generally think about many things all at once all of the time. They tackle the question about how to be a supportive friend when you feel like your friend is making bad decisions. Frankie explains that depsite our frustrations with others we need to see how we can change our behavior instead of repeating old negative patterns where we are finding fault in ourselves and others.
