While thankfully not an everyday occurrence, Britta, Lucy and Eloise have all experienced and had to learn how to deal with mansplaining either personally or professionally. This episode was triggered by a personal experience of Britta's, which in turn led to lots of debate between all three about what mansplaining is, why it happens and whether the term is offensive or on point.
