Today's episode gets especially personal.  Depression is a very serious mental illness that likes to try to sap our love for life.  Today we delve deeper into the human experience than we have previously as I share some stories that I've never told anyone that wasn't a professional therapist.  My hope is that sharing some of my darkest moments will help give others the strength to open up about theirs.  To quote Red Green, "we're all in this together.  I'm pulling for you."
