Love is not an easy topic to discuss and a lot of times, we get lost in the meaning of genuine love and compassion in not just relationships with others but also with ourselves. 

As a big fan of Jay Shetty, it was so exciting for us to attend the Jay Shetty Love Rule’s show and gain a deeper understanding on what love truly means in different parts of our life. We left the show feeling incredibly inspired, enlightened, energized, empowered, and connected with one of the most important people ever, ourselves!
