In episode 4 we talk about how we have navigated talking about one of the most controversial conversation topics: politics. As excited and relieved as we are about the new President and Vice President, we want to remind our listeners to continue to participate in politics and engage in these difficult conversations. So in this episode, we discuss how we have adjusted to talking about politics in the workplace, how we navigate difficult conversations with those close to us, and reflect about how we want to have more of these conversations going forward. We close off our conversation by talking about the results of the Presidential Election and our hopes for the future of 2021.
