In this episode I discuss the story behind Jerry Reed's "East Bound and Down" as well as some of the history behind the movie "Smokey and the Bandit" and why they are both so important to me.

I will also take time to tell some stories and discuss how these songs have affected me personally, added to my experiences, and shaped the person I have become. Really just a discussion of how a love of music can make your life better and how some great songs came to be in the first place!
