In this episode I discuss the up's and down's of transitioning to being a father. I had to learn in real time what it meant to be a father, It wasn't easy and I experienced firsthand what a lot of our young black men go through when they're trying to be father's and they're faced with so many obstacles. The dysfunction of unresolved trauma play's a major part and ultimately leads to broken homes. Being a father is a lifetime assignment listen as I share what it's been like for me.
