Between the two of us, we've both undergone huge lifestyle shifts in the last two years. We've made exercise a priority in our lives and in doing so have changed our individual wellbeing for the better.
Wherever you are in your fitness journey, we hope that this episode will help to inspire you to incorporate exercise into your routine. We have both seen huge health benefits because of it, not to mention we really enjoy the opportunity to wear athleisure with more authentic reasoning ; )
