This week we're bringing on two of the top gliders in the US and arguably the world. Both Alex Renner and Luke Warning have experienced much success with the technique. This past season, both made an appearance at NCAA Outdoor Championships, with both earning All-American honors.

We disucss their journeys are collegiate and professional athletes, as well as where they see the glide technique in the future of throws.
