I am so excited to have Denice on the show today! As a young, first time mom during covid she shares her struggles in her first year postpartum. She tells us what helped her pull herself out of a dark place and how she eventually found her calling as a postpartum doula!  

Denice shares my passion for the postpartum timeframe in a woman’s life and just how life changing it can be. Postpartum is the REST of your life. She also shares how hearing other postpartum stories helped her tremendously in her own journey.
