What does a good customer look like?  We usually have a mutually beneficial relationship with our good customers and they generate lots of revenue for us.  Poor customers can frequently cost us time and money and as a result, we should spend less time working with them.  You need to have a consistent process for identifying the best ones to work with and how to manage the less good customers.
