In this special episode of Viking Fuel, I got to sit down with Billy Beltz and share a few drinks to help him celebrate the one year anniversary of Lost Cause opening their doors. Billy has won several awards, including an award from the mazer cup, and has even judged at the mazer cup. We touch on entering contest, an article he wrote about different yeast strands, and a few other topics, all while sharing laughs and mead.
