As a graduate of Psychology, teacher of English Language and now a Corporate Learning Facilitator I have an insatiable curiosity and thirst to continually develop and learn. So too does my friend Yee Lin who is an advocate for continuous learning and is Head of Programme at a leading private institution in Singapore.

Yee Lin works with young professionals and students. She believes, like me, that curiosity is essential to succeed in a professional environment.  She says that “for someone new in an organisation what is very important is to find out how their everyday work relates to the overall objective or mission of the company. Being curious allows that to be discovered.”
