In this fun episode, host Jenny Escobar asks guest Gilbert Salazar about how theater, play and creativity connect to the work of Restorative Practices. Gilbert gives stories of how he has leaned into creativity as a tool for intervention when things haven’t gone as planned and offers four steps that he uses to be centered when having to be flexible and open to change in the moment.
