[6:08] One of my secret tips is being vulnerable. It helps people to see that you’re a real person. People can’t relate to a perfect person. Your audience must relate to you.

[22:08] My second tip is connectivity. We live in a world where everybody wants to be connected. Connect with people genuinely!
