He has been recognized for his talents in the areas of Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to creating his consulting practice, Clay was a Vice President, Human Resources & Talent Management, for Bausch + Lomb Inc., a global health & eye care company. He also led the Human Resource Divisions for the company’s Research & Development Organization and its Diversity & Inclusion functions. During his tenure in those roles Bausch & Lomb received national recognition for many of the programs under his leadership.
