On this episode, we're going to talk about listing presentations and some of the ridiculous materials we are receiving from NAR explaining our value to a potential seller. 

Unfortunately, I think too many agents take this material, customize and will start presenting it to sellers. So, today I am going to review the NAR document "179 Ways Agents Who Are REALTORS® Are Worth Every Penny of Their Compensation" and tell you why this is a worthless exercise, at least in my opinion.
