It's important to always be mindful about what we put into our bodies. Our bodies are the temples/vessels we experience the World in. If we choose to neglect that vessel our experience becomes diminished and makes us weaker as people. We must endeavour to remain strong and powerful in the face of adversity. Our diet and the discomfort we choose to put ourselves through can be a testament to that.
