In this episode Logan tells Kat the story of Israel Keyes, a highly methodical serial killer who lived in Anchorage, Alaska. He planned his crimes well in advance, having hidden "kits" with the necessary equipment, all over the country. Keyes ended his own life after his arrest, causing a lot of his confessed crimes to still be open cases.
