In this quiet reflection, I share why it often isn’t the object itself (a crystal, a tool, a ritual)… it’s the state you repeatedly pair with it.
The object can be a cue. The state is what your nervous system learns.

Micro-practice (30–45 seconds):
Hold the object. Inhale 4, pause 1, exhale 6 — three rounds.
Name the state you’re entering: steady / open / clear.
