The fourth episode of “What the M” features John Dunnery, Vice President of Claims at Mr. Cooper.

John has a BA from Boston University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a JD from the University of Tulsa. He has held senior loan servicing roles with Pacific Union Financial, JP Morgan Chase, Wachovia, and Community Loan Servicing, as well as serving as a Senior Director of NSO within Fannie Mae. His 24-year history in the default servicing industry has given him invaluable insight into the past, present, and future of the regulatory aspect of the finance world, and he is graciously sharing that insight with us today.
