Nieisha Deed is the founder of PureSpark, a nonprofit organization that advocates for Mental Health Wellness and Mental illness prevention in the Black community. Nieisha left her six figure paying job after 15 years to focus on herself and her mental wellness  after struggling with severe depression and bipolar disorder which led to a suicide attempt.
