Even with all of the information out there, there continues to be a gap in service providers understanding that would enable more of us to offer support in relevant and helpful ways. 

As well, there is plenty of outdated and inaccurate information out there in ‘google land’, so we need to be creative in the ways that our clear, concise and accurate messages get sent and received.
