Maggy Torres-Rodriguez is a Cuban-American filmmaker from Miami, Florida. Maggy did the cinematography for a film that got into the Cannes Film Festival during her time in film school. She received her MFA in Screenwriting at USC's School of Cinematic Arts. Maggy has spent the last 8 years as a producer/editor for various places, like HBO. Currently an adjunct professor at USC where she teaches feature screenwriting, she also freelances as a writer for Nickelodeon Animation and is an alum of the Sundance family.
