Mary was in Cass' youth group as a teenager.  Both have sojourned out of religion.  Now Mary finds herself back working under a Methodist umbrella as a bridge-builder, community-builder.  Its all about love for Mary.  We talk about being good without God, the inter-connectedness of all things, and God being the space between us all.  Her background is anti-religious and yet she finds herself able to work her magic with the institution of organized religion.
