Chipo’s Passion is  Personal Responsibility and that really matters to her through "Meditation/Relaxation" in this Episode

    One way of looking at Meditation/Relaxation as a practice where a person or group use a technique – such as mindfulness, or visualization or focusing their mind/s on a particular object, light, or activity such as walking or chant. 

I see meditation as a spiritual, cultural or as a religious practice.

This helps train mind to focus the mind’s attention on the intention and bring awareness to is going on, and achieve a mental clarity emotionally calm and stable state. 

Some archaeologists date meditation back to as early as 5,000 BCE, according to Psychology Today, and the practice itself having religious ties in ancient Egypt and China, as well as Judaism, Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism and, of course, Buddhism.
