Andres shares his own coffee journey, his approach to processing, and what's driving the innovation we're seeing in Colombian coffees.
If you're lucky enough to grab a bag of La Illusion, you're in for a really sweet cup full of mixed-berry flavors. We haven't found a brew method where it doesn't shine, but Alan's favorite cups have come from an Aeropress, 16g ground medium-fine, 240g of water at 206 degrees, and a 4 minute steep (don't flip it or stir it!).
