Episode 4: Mental Health & Student Well-being

Listen Later

As we head into the semester break in a semester that has once more transitioned into a virtual campus, the fatigue is palpable. This week, we talk with Student Experience Coordinator for the FBE at the University of Melbourne, Jane Eldershaw, about Zoom fatigue, coping with classwork, and the overall tiredness that students, especially international students, feel in lockdown. We also discuss what we can do to support and improve our mental health, how to combat Zoom fatigue, and how to take time for ourselves. As always, if you feel like you need help, don't hesitate to ask. We've added below a list of references for various purposes that may be of assistance to you.
