Michelle started working in the charity sector in Scotland at the young age of 15 during a very difficult time in her life. Her passion for supporting a cause, particularly helping children, has carried her to where she sits today as the Executive Director for the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand (FINZ).

In this episode Michelle shares insight into the challenges of fundraising, busts some charity myths and encourages everyone to follow their passion and give generously.
