This episode is the 1st in a mini series about pregnancy loss. My 1st guest is a dear friend and soul sister of mine, Kelly Jean. Kelly opens up about her recent experience with pregnancy loss and her ongoing recovery.

The biggest thing I learned from Kelly was one in four pregnancies result in a miscarriage. Meaning, this is more common than people may think.

My hope is that this mini series will bring to light an often hushed topic and let other women going through this know they are not alone. The more we share our stories with others, the more we help them to heal.
