I had the opportunity to catch up with an old buddy of mine Nick Badis during fight week for LFA 69. Ever since he got out of high school Nick’s been pushing himself by enrolling into the Army infantry and working towards being a team leader and enrolling in Army Airborne. He’s started his path in jui jitsu after the Army, which lead into his amateur fight career in where he left winning the Tuff-N-Uff championship. His first professional was really special to him because it was in Hawaii in front of the USO. We talk about recovery, his training, sponsorship, Victory MMA, and much more!
