Episode 4: Niles Candle Company - Bringing a Little Light to Fremont
A couple of hometown kids, now grown, and investing back into the community so that their kids and kids' generation might have a better place to live.
Anthony and Herma are the owners of the newly opened Niles Candle Company. They have lived here their whole lives; and now they are making the community a little better. But at the same time they are seeing their dreams come true right in front of them.
After being disappointed with the scents and longevity of the candles they would source from other places, Herma decided to figure out how to fix the problem by making her own. Fast forward to the end of January 2022, and they have now opened their own shop in the exact place downtown Niles that they have always wanted to have a shop. It's truly a dream come true.
They not only sell candles, but they have also sourced many other handmade merchandise which they sell in there shop as well. You will have to see for yourself.
They are located two doors down from Bronco Billy's Pizza in Niles. Stop in and let them know that you heard about them on the Fremont Podcast. They are open on weekdays and weekends until 6:00pm. Closed on Mondays. Find them on Instagram, and give them a follow.
