Pamela is Key Account Portfolio Director for ISS Technical Services and oversees a broad range of services supplied mainly to the UK banking sector. After starting her career as an apprentice, she proved herself ‘on the tools’ working predominantly in a male-dominated environment as a hands-on engineer. Having achieved success in this role, she quickly grew her career, growing in seniority whilst gaining respect from those she worked alongside, and now leads. Her achievements are a testament to her determination and support from her family as she continues to expand her career in engineering.
