This episode features a conversation between Patrick Clark, Head of Implementation and Communication at NHS-Digital regarding the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and Michael Bowyer, Chairman of Innopsis.

Patrick has been involved with several programmes across the Public Sector from his time at the Cabinet Office and at NHS-Digital. He was part of the PSN programme, as well as part of the Spend Control Process, which looked all major spend across departments to ensure that they were aligned, gaining the best for Government.

Patrick has been a pioneer for desegregation, which he has been able to realise within the HSCN Programme.

Patrick has spent his time between London and York, where he his now firmly based.
