Peter Koulizos is also known as "The Property Professor." He is a lecturer at TAFE in Adelaide and at the University of South Australia. Property investment, property economics, and property development are some of the courses that he presently offers. He has also written two books: Top Australian Suburbs and Property versus Shares.
