Hi guys! It’s Rachel here… the emotional one of the team who knew talking about yourself would be so hard and emotional…me, yes I knew it would be hard but also fulfilling.

While listening, please keep in mind that when it comes to my up bringing and my journey, I tend to talk about the hard things that hurt and made me stronger and even a better person. Not because it was all bad (because it definitely wasn’t) but because these experiences made and molded me into who I am today. I have some great memories too.
