Jon and Randy speak about the ways in which Randy carries out his commitment to vulnerability and authenticity in his interactions with his students, as well as what it looks like for Randy to take risks and fail with grace in the classroom. Plus, Randy asks Jon about his experiences with the pros and cons of being a young teacher.
