Rich Halcombe has been the Director of Missions at the Metro Columbus Baptist Association since 2003. Under his leadership, the association has seen 76 churches planted or join, among 12 language groups.

Recently, Dr. Rich has started LeaderIncrease, an organization committed to resourcing leaders to fulfill their God-given calling.
